Ohh, and Carbon Fiber Seats!

Does this configuration keep you air-cooled while you drive?

Dear VW,
Carbon fiber is not soft, squishy, and flexible. Please don’t give your fake carbon fiber those characteristics.
Thanks.

No matching red seatbelts, but matching red dash?
![]() 07/18/2017 at 17:13 |

Yes, its a re-intro to the air-cooling era

pshhh, matching red seatbelts... that’s like a $7,300 options... But yes, I recommend the plastic... er painted carbon fiber dash.

Well, in its raw form it is. But if they want to truly replicate it in that form, anyone that touches it needs to be itchy for the next 24 hours of their life.

Pre-resin. German engineered!

did YOU park it like that?

*sigh* I must admit I did. I drive a 3/4 ton 4x4 diesel daily, so I only know front wheels to curb stop. But it is inside the lines!

WTF kind of engine and trans can fit in that tiny rear?

Never underestimate German engineering.

Kudos for driving with the top down. I secretly laugh at all the convertible owners who don’t use their most expensive option...

Can a normal sized adult sit in the back seat?
![]() 07/18/2017 at 18:01 |
|
I would say no. I could not get in unless the top was down OR I fell in and righted myself. Legroom.... not there, unless you let kids drive, then you could sit back there.

Just like the RSR being mid-engined now.
